if possible, i'd like to know how to get, and use voice box with an iriver h340. I have the latest version of rock box. I am severely ignorant as far as technology. So a simple explaination would be much appriciated.

Why not just get the new Ipod Nano. It talks right out of the box and it's fairly inexpensive. Plus now that iTunes works fairly well with JAWS, it's really worth the purchase. Unless of course you have a Mac, then it would work even better if that's possible.

i've just bought this mp3 player, and therefore, do not see the need for an unnecessary expendature, however, yor suggestion is duely noted.
